Lia D’Angelo is a performance-based physical therapist specializing in upper extremity rehabilitation and return-to-sport programming. As a lifelong athlete and former collegiate softball player at Lebanon Valley College, she understands firsthand the demands of competitive sport and the drive it takes to come back stronger from injury. That athlete’s mindset is at the core of everything she does — helping clients not just recover, but return to their sport with confidence and longevity.
Lia earned her Bachelor of Health Sciences and her Doctor of Physical Therapy degrees from Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia. She completed both of her clinical rotations with Resilient Performance Physical Therapy, making it a place she is proud to call home from her early years.
As a personal trainer and active softball coach, Lia brings a unique blend of clinical expertise and real-world athletic experience to her practice. She is passionate about bridging the gap between rehabilitation and performance, ensuring each individual receives a program tailored to their goals — whether that’s getting back on the field, back in the gym, or back to doing what they love.
