Danielle Saitta is a physical therapist who believes in bridging the gap between rehabilitation and performance to help provide a comprehensive treatment for patients. She values patient care and helping individuals recover from injury, whether it be sports performance or improving their quality of life.
Danielle is a former competitive cheerleader and lacrosse player, along with 3 years of competitive bodybuilding. She is a certified strength coach and has years of personal training experience working with a wide variety of individuals. She completed a Clinical Rotation with Resilient as a Physical Therapy student as well as a Strength and Conditioning internship at The Annex Performance and Fitness.
Danielle earned her BS in Business Marketing from East Stroudsburg University and her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Stony Brook University. She has completed courses from Rockblades, Certified Functional Strength Coach, National Academy of Sports Medicine, Blood Flow Restriction, Functional Range Systems, and more.
