Chris Miranda is a performance-based physical therapist who is passionate about helping you find actionable ways to help you regain your physical freedom. He recognizes the importance of cultivating motivation and advising you through your comeback from injury. He is personally motivated by his injury experience as a collegiate athlete. Chris is committed to ensuring that you are addressing the source of your limitations so you can successfully, and sustainably, achieve your fitness/performance goals.
Chris is a former Division 1 baseball player who split his career between the University at Buffalo and Seton Hall University. He completed a clinical internship at Rehab 2 Perform where he learned the principles and methods utilized to help athletes and active adults return to their desired and required activities.
Chris received his BA in Biology from Seton Hall University and his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Daemen University. He has advanced training in joint and soft tissue manipulation, movement screening, and injury risk mitigation strategies.
