This video breakdown features two high school basketball players coming off of ACL reconstructions. We see examples of how to utilize flexion at the ankle, knee, and hip to load and change direction along with how effective repositioning steps are used to maintain balance. For agility, achieving balance and maintaining it are key for being able to react to an opponent while staying in a good position to not get out leveraged.
