In this series we’ll look at a few different strategies we like to use for improving someone’s hip extension.

The last step (click for step onetwo) we want to progress to higher level hip extension exercises that can be trained with intensity.

This will help translate to general strength and power which aligns with most client goals to be a better human and athlete.
